This special event will include a deep dive into fundamental ankle locks that works for your GI and NOGI game.  There will be live rolls to put the techniques into practice.

About Rob Biernacki:

Rob Biernacki is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and the head instructor of Island Top Team in British Columbia, Canada. He is widely recognized for his analytical approach to Jiu-Jitsu, blending biomechanical efficiency with strategic problem-solving. Rob is also the co-creator of BJJ Concepts, a system that teaches practitioners how to think about Jiu-Jitsu in a structured, principle-driven way rather than relying on memorizing techniques.

His accomplishments include:
